Inspired by David’s Japanese friends and wine buyers and modelled on the fabulous Tokyo restaurant that hosted Tarantino’s Kill Bill movie (the restaurants real name is Nishi Gonpachi and it is a big supporter of Lowe Wines) . 

The dinner will explore the synergies between our fine wines with delicacy as the hallmark and the detail and flavour of Japanese food.  The chefs from Masuya Restaurant have confirmed they're coming up again, so think Sashimi and pork, chicken and fish from the special Japanese barbecue.
