Product Description

Handpicked berries from the Rylstone vineyard were quickly transported to the winery for immediate crush. The wine was fermented in traditional open vats with a gentle working of the cap by hand. Although this wine was slightly oaked, the use of the oak is restrained to complement the bright fruit flavours.

I want to make the best Cab Franc in Australia with this wine.

I used to work at this incredible winery in France that made a blinder. I have waited 20 years to do the same. We are very close with this beauty. Why I love it is the smell and the scent. You just sniff it and then it tastes like it smells. Capsicum and tomato bush. Subtle, sustained and structured. It just keeps on giving.
