"This is a creamy,aged Hunter Semillon with complex toast and lanolin flavours.  It is showing the regional benchmark burnt toast, green colour from slow maturation and soft acidity."  

"You could easily cellar this wine for another two year, or enjoy it now as it is still showing some lemon fruit which adds interest and complexity."
